FAQs

You can wear anything from light, comfortable shorts and a tank top, to a bathing suit, underwear, or nothing at all (we will provide body towels).
Absolutely! Your phone, smart watch, or tablet will not be affected by the infrared rays.
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Drink a minimum of 8 oz of water before and after your session. Your water bottle, plastic or metal, is safe to use in the sauna. We also have water available for your use.
Benefits of infrared therapy are many and include Anti-aging, Detoxification, Heart Health, Immunity, Muscle Recovery, Relaxation, Sleep, and Weight Loss. Learn more here!
The saunas are heated to 140 degrees. You can adjust the heat if you prefer a lower temperature. The near, mid and far rays of infrared therapy are effective between 110 and 140 degrees.
